We customize dimensions (length / width / height / deck thickness), load ratings, 4-way or 2-way fork entry, reinforced structures, film-faced panels, and buyer-marked branding (paint, label, or hot-stamped). Anti-corrosion / fire-retardant / anti-static treatments are available per order requirement. Complex engineering orders go through sample approval before mass production.
Standard items: 1–2 free samples, buyer covers freight. Custom items requiring tooling or special processing are billed at material + labor cost, with the sample fee credited against the subsequent production order or deductible from a future PI. Sample-then-order workflow is supported for key project evaluations.
Standard pallets: MOQ typically 500 units per spec; small batches in stock dimensions are accommodated. Custom: MOQ from 500 units; complex engineered structures negotiated per project. Timber is ordered by m³ (typical minimum 5–10 m³). Final terms in formal quotation.
Export terms: FOB Xiamen, with both LCL and FCL accepted. Payment by T/T (30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight, with terms tailored to order size and buyer credit. New buyers' first order: T/T preferred. CIF / DDP are not currently offered — buyers handle onward freight and customs at destination.
All shipments pass our 4-stage inspection before release (inbound material / in-process / finished goods / loading). For appearance, spec, or load issues found on arrival, contact your sales rep with photos or samples within 7 days; after our technical verification we agree on a resolution with the buyer.
Inbound timber is graded and logged by spec and moisture. Plywood typically holds around 14% moisture; solid wood and pallets are controlled per order requirement (commonly ≤18%). Anti-mold treatment is available for long-voyage export orders on request — please share voyage duration and destination conditions at quotation so we can arrange the appropriate process.
We supply plywood for pallet decks, packaging panels, and engineering applications — standard thicknesses 5–25 mm, panel size 1220×2440 mm (4'×8'). Custom cutting to drawing supported. Film-faced plywood serves concrete formwork and high-cycle packaging — coated surfaces resist moisture, stains, and repeated handling. Specific film thickness, modulus, and color are confirmed per order requirement.
Our plywood uses a phenolic (PF) + melamine (MF) composite glue system as default — providing WBP-grade water resistance and high moisture resistance, with formaldehyde emissions controlled to E1. Film-faced plywood defaults to engineering-grade WBP. Other formaldehyde / fire-retardant / waterproof grades arranged per order.
